These are reviews left on our Google Business Profile. They are here in the reviewer’s own words, exactly as written — shortened only where a name was replaced with a first name and last initial.
What people actually notice
The reviews are short, and they keep saying much the same thing: the work is done properly, and it is done by the person you speak to on the phone. One of them mentions coming back for years rather than calling once — which is the part a new customer cannot check for themselves, and the reason we have put these reviews here instead of only on Google.
Not every review has words in it. One of these is a rating with no comment, and it counts the same as the rest.
How we got here
Sven has been owner-operating in the Spokane Valley since 2012. Most of the business still comes from people he has already worked for, which is why the reviews above mention second and third visits rather than a first impression.
If you have already had work done and have a minute to spare, a review on Google is the most useful thing you could leave. It is the only place a prospective customer can check what we say about ourselves.
